Our little green home is getting ready to host cooking workshops for a traditional Thanksgiving meal prepared by Chef Leah along the Northern Aegean coast within the Alexandria Troya (40 km), Assos (22km) and Apollon Smitheon (4km) triangle, 278 km from Izmir, 445 km from Istanbul, located in a little modest village facing the Aegean Sea, surrounded by olive groves and pine forest where you'll enjoy a stress-free get-away in a pristine quiet and natural environment.
- Classes are suitable for all levels from complete beginners to experienced foodies.
- Your Turkish host, Berna, speaks perfect English. Chef
Leah, a certified US-trained chef with more than 20 years experience is American,
living and working in Turkey for almost 9 years, also speaks Turkish.
- Small, personalized courses on site, any two days you wish between 8-28 November 2013. We can accommodate
two to four people at a time in two bedrooms with double bed.
- Kids and pets are welcomed.

- Workshop Day 1: Nice seasonal, hearty soup made
with pumpkin, turkey and side dishes; mashed potatoes, stuffing, a nice mix of
roasted vegetables, a caesar salad
- Workshop Day 2: Pumpkin pie and creative
different ways to make use of all the leftovers

Our classes are TL 500 per person for 2 nights accommodation including breakfast, dinner and workshops.

A small deposit is required when you make the reservation. The balance is required 48 hours prior to arrival.
Option
If you are not interested in the cooking class, just want to hang around,
chill, go hiking or biking or swimming or snorkeling, you are still welcome.
(We have biking and snorkeling gear for two people available for your use)
