Dolu dizgin bir hafta/ What a crazy week
Yogun bir haftaydi, neler yaptigimi aktarmaya zaman bulamadim. Bugun tum hafta neler yaptigimi ozetleyecek olursak;
It was a busy week and I didn't have time to write what I've been doing. The work has been done all week is;
Bahcede calismalarimiz devam etti;
We continue organizing the garden;
Mermer doseme isi kaldigi yerden yeni bir usta ve gelen takviye mermerler ile devam etti;
We continued the marble work with a new team;
Percere montaji yapildi;
We installed the windows;
Supurgelik ve denizlik montaji yapildi;
And we did the trims;

Isitma/Heating
Ekolojik bir ev yaratma dusuncesi ile yola cikmistik. Suana kadar da o prensibe bagli kaldik. Sira evin tesisat islerine geldi. Bugunku konumuz isitma. Daha projenin en basinda gittigim yenilenebilir enerji fuarindan sonra bu konu uzerinde yogunlastim. Yaptigim calismalar sonrasinda sistem olarak "Isi Pompasi" kullanmaya karar verdik. Fosil yakitlarin yakilmasi sonucu ortama sanilan zararli gazlarin cevre ve sagligimiz uzerindeki olumsuz etkileri bertaraf etmek icin boyle bir sistem kurmaya karar verdik. Sistemin ulkemizde yeni olmasindan dolayi kurulum maliyetleri henuz yuksek. Ancak fosil yakit ve petrol urunlerinin fiyatlarinin surekli artis egilimi gosterdigi bu dunyada sistemin birkac yil gibi kisa bir sure zarfida kendini kompanse edecegi de bir gercek. Bu tur sistemlerle ilgili kararlarin erken verilmesinin avantaji insa esnasinda sistemin ihtyac duyacagi alt yapi icin gerekli hazirliklari yapmak. Bunun en basinda da yerden isitma sisteminin kurulumu geliyor. Bu kurulum esnasinda secilen malzemenin niteligi cok onemli; gecmiste kullanilan siradan plastik borularin aksine gunumuzde "Oksijen Bariyerli" borular mevcuttur. Oksijen bariyerli borular sistemin icerisinde dolastirdigimiz suyun icerisinde hava kabarcigi kalmasina engel olarak gelecekte bu hava kabarciklarinin genlesme suretiyle sisteme zarar vermesine engel olmakta ve sistem icerisinde suyun homojen dolasimini saglanmasi sureyitle homojen isinmaya destek olmaktadir.
Nicin yerden isitma; birinci nedenim gorsel, evin icerisinde radyator gormek istemiyorduk. Ikinci ve ilkinden daha onemli sebep ise verimlilik. Radyator ile isitmada sistemin icerisinde dolastiracaginiz suyun sicakligini 85-90 Derece Santigrat dolaylarinda olmasina ihtiyac varken yerden isitma sistemlerinde dolastiracaginiz suyun sicakliginin 30-35 Derece Santigrat olmasi yeterlidir. Radyatorler evin belirli yerlerinde duvar kenarlarina yerlestirilirken yerden isitma elemanlari evin tamamini kaplayacak sekilde homojen olarak dosenir. Bu da sistemin daha az enerji harcayarak daha cok ve homojen isitma yapmasi anlamina gelir.
Gelelim yerden isitma sistemin beslenmesine; az evvel "Isi Pompasi" diye bir sistem telaffuz ettim. Nedir bu "Isi Pompasi"? Isi pompasi elektrik enerjisi kullanarak doga ortaminda mevcut enerjiyi dis ortamdan ic ortama tasiyan bir sistemdir. Kisin isitma maksadiyla kullanilabilecegi gibi yazin sogutma maksadiyla kullanilabilinir. Calisma prensibini aciklamanin en kolay yolu evimizde kullandigimiz buzdolabi, klima gibi sistemleri ornek vermek olabilir. Gecmiste sogutma maksadiyla kullanilmis olan bu sistemler gunumuzde ayni prensipten yola cikarak isitma maksadiyla kullanilmaya baslanmistir. Isi pompasi bulundugunuz cevreye gore hava kaynakli, su kaynakli ve toprak kaynakli olabilir. Evimizin bulundugu cografyadan dolayi bizim secimimiz hava kaynakli sistem oldu. Sistem ayni zamanda evin evsel sicak su ihtiyacini da karsilayacak sekilde tasarlandi. Bu sisteme gunes enerjisi panelini entegra ettik ki gunesli gunlerde suyumuzu gunesin yaydigi isiyi kullanarak isitabilelim. Gonlumden gecen isi pompasinin ihtiyac duyacagi elektrik enerjisini de uretmek ancak bu tur sistemlerin maliyetleri hala cok yuksek. Fiyatlarin makul seviyelere indigi ve bu konu hakkinda vergi indirimi, vs. turunde devlet desteginin olacagi gunleri sabirsizlikla bekliyorum.
We decided to create a green home and heating is one of the most important elements when you think about how we create pollution because of burning petroleum products of fossil products. Even before we started building I went to the "Renewable Energy Exhibition" in Istanbul. I learned a lot about heat pumps and decided to use this system for our place. Combining the system with solar panels so that we make use of the sunny days. We decided floor heating elements for the installation of the system which is more efficient since you only need to heat the water up to 30-35 Degrees Centigrade while you have to heat the water up to 85-90 Degrees Centigrade. Using the pipes with oxygen barrier is the other important issue.
It may be necessary to explain what heat pump is. It's basically the system carries the energy from outdoors to indoors. Works with the same principal with the refrigerator or the air condition system. By using electricity increases the temperature, heats the water and circulates in the pipe system laid on your floor. The ideal thing is being able to produce the electricity needed to run the system from wind and sun but the system is still expensive. Looking forward to get the systems at a reasonable price.

Gecenin bir korunde nasil somine montaji yapilir/ Late night fireplace installation
Bir de hava buz gibi, ruzgarli ve pencereler olmadigi icin tum yagmur iceri doluyorsa hic hos degil :(

Son bir haftada neler yaptim/ What have I accomplished the last few days
Gecen persembe, yagmurlarin baslamasindan bir gun once, catiyi tamamladik. Cati bitmeden kisin gelmesi en buyuk kabusumdu, ustalarim kalbimin temiz oldugunu soyluyorlar :)
Son bir haftadir neler yaptim; pis ve temiz su tesisati dosendi, somine montaji tamamlandi, kanalizasyon baglantisi tamamlandi ve baglanti sonrasi bahcede dag seklinde duran toprak yigini ile aylardir acik duran kanalisazyon cukuru dolduruldu, daha ne olsun :) Bir de bos buldukca tesisatcilarin hiltisiyle mutfagimin avluya acilan kapisinin onundeki kayayi kirmaya calistim.
Just one day before the rains start the roof is finished. It was my biggest nightmare having the winter before the roof is done, my roof people tells I have a good heart and god hears me :)
What have I done the past week; plumbing is done, fireplace is installed, sewage connection is done and the soil piled up like a mountain for months is filled in the big hole in the garden. Oh, one more thing. whenever I find a chance I take over the hilti to break the rock in front of the kitchen door opening to the courtyard.
